Terms and conditions

Please read the following information carefully before placing your order and if you have any questions or concerns please email - interiorsofessex@gmail.com before proceeding with your order.

Customer Responsibilities

Please note that any item purchased from images on line is an exact photograph of the said item, no alteration to colour size has been made and the purchaser shall accept the purchase is made on a sold as seen purchase basis.

Furniture is made to order and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure before placing the order that the items are of suitable dimensions for the intended location and that the items can be delivered without issue. 

Items that cannot be delivered due to their size or that do not suit the intended space will not be returnable.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring a clear, suitably sized and accessible path for delivery, responsibility for any damage to property or to the items being delivered if a clear path to the delivery site is not provided will be declined.

Delivery of your Order

On delivery it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the furniture for defects or damage and notification via email must be made within 24 hours of the delivery being received. Failure to notify will result in claim being declined.

Responsibility for any defects or damage once the goods have been signed for as satisfactory will result in any claim being declined.

Original packaging and photos must be retained for the claim to be processed, failure to follow the above terms will result in any claim being declined.

A Change of Mind

This is no problem, please notify us within 24hours upon reciept via an email along with your Order Number. Once received and all items inspected you will be refunded your Order Value minus the Shipping Costs.

All items MUST be returned in their original unused, undamaged condition. In their origional undamaged packaging to qualify for a refund also please pop a note in with your order number.
